2001年11月在卡塔尔多哈召开的世贸组织第四次部长级会议通过了《多哈部长宣言》,正式启动新一轮多边贸易谈判——“多哈发展议程(Doha Development Agenda)”服务贸易议题也列入其中。多哈会议大大加快了服务贸易谈判的进程。本文分析了新一轮服务贸易谈判的目标和内容,以及我国在谈判中的作用及对策。
The Fourth Ministerial Conference of WTO held in Doha, Qatar in November 2001 adopted the Doha Ministerial Declaration and officially launched a new round of multilateral trade negotiations. The Doha Development Agenda service trade issues are also listed Into which. Doha meeting has greatly accelerated the process of negotiations on trade in services.
