班集体是学校根据教育和管理的需要而组织起来的基层集体,是学生置身其间学习和生活的环境。和谐健康的班集体,不仅能够促进学生身心健康发展,而且直接影响学生的学习兴趣、学习态度和学习效果。只有通过班集体成员的共同努力,特别是班主任的智慧和创造性的劳动,才能逐步培养和扶持起真正意义上成熟的班集体。
Class collective is a grass-roots collective organized by schools according to the needs of education and management. It is an environment in which students live and study. Harmonious and healthy classes, not only can promote the healthy development of students ’physical and mental health, but also directly affect students’ interest in learning, learning attitude and learning. Only through the joint efforts of the collective members of the class, especially the class teacher’s wisdom and creative labor, can we gradually cultivate and support a truly mature class collective.
