本文研究了氢氧化铵和硫酸铵、氢氧化钠和硫酸钠、氢氧化钠和氯化钠等混合解吸剂从201×7树脂上解吸钼的协同效应。求出各混合解吸剂的协同解吸系数。实验结果表明氢氧化铵和硫酸铵混合解吸剂的解吸效率与某水冶厂现用的解吸剂的效率相同。使用该混合解吸剂可以避免氯离子对生产的不利影响和简化流程取消树脂转型工序等优点。因此,该混合解吸剂可以用于铀水冶厂从钼中毒树脂上解吸钼。
In this paper, the synergistic effect of desorbing molybdenum from 201 × 7 resin with mixed desorbent such as ammonium hydroxide, ammonium sulfate, sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfate, sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride was studied. The synergistic desorption coefficient of each mixed desorbent was determined. The experimental results show that the desorption efficiency of a mixture of ammonium hydroxide and ammonium sulfate desorbent is the same as the desorption agent currently used in a watermelting plant. The use of this mixed desorbent avoids the adverse effect of chloride ion on production and simplifies the process to eliminate the resin conversion process and so on. Therefore, this mixed desorbent can be used to desorb molybdenum from molybdenum poisoning resins at uranium watermelting plants.
