All Peirce researchers should note that Peirce’s philosophical nature is less commonly used today. Peirce is first and foremost a scientist, then a physicist, and again, a physicist who is interested in philosophy. Fundamentally, his philosophy is the logic of science. Philosophy is regarded by him as a serious dependence on science. On the other hand, his understanding of philosophy is a science in general terms. Clarifying this point from history has the vital significance to correctly understand and understand Peirce’s related thoughts. Peirce’s discourse on the nature of science and on the relationship between philosophy and science is also not apocalyptic to the study of contemporary philosophy.
