财务管理是房地产集团经营管理中永恒的主题,是房地产集团求得生存和可持续发展的重要保障。房地产集团只有做好财务管理才能使得集团资金得到有效利用,从而获得良好的经济效益,进而达到集团设定的既定目标。然而,房地产集团的财务管理并不是那么简单就可以轻易掌控的,由于它受多重因素的影响,其财务管理存在着一定得风险。本文首先阐述了房地产集团财务风险的内容,然后分析了房地产集团财务风险管理中存在的问题,最后就加强房地产集团财务风险管理给出了相应的建议。
Financial management is the eternal theme in the management of real estate group, is an important guarantee for the real estate group to survive and develop. Only by doing a good job in financial management, real estate groups can make effective use of the funds of the group so as to obtain good economic benefits and achieve the set goals set by the group. However, the real estate group’s financial management is not so simple and easy to control, because of its multiple factors, its financial management there is a certain risk. This article first elaborated the real estate group financial risk content, then analyzed the real estate group financial risk management existing question, finally gave the corresponding suggestion to strengthen the real estate group financial risk management.
