中国政府坚持人民币不贬值的政策和山东半岛所独具的良好投资环境是山东省能够保持对外商吸引力的基本因素。本届洽谈会对亚洲国家和地区出口成交额比例较年初下降了18个百分点,而对欧美、拉美、非洲、独联体及中东等国家的出口成交比例却上涨了18个百分点。千万美元以上的大项目成为投资热点,基础设施的投资获强力支撑。山东整体对外开放的格局基本形成。
The Chinese government’s policy of not depreciating the renminbi and the unique investment environment in Shandong Peninsula are the basic factors for Shandong Province to maintain its attractiveness to foreign investors. The proportion of exports to the Asian countries and regions in the current session dropped by 18 percentage points from the beginning of the year, while the export turnover to Europe, the United States, Latin America, Africa, the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Middle East increased by 18 percentage points. A large project worth more than 10 million U.S. dollars has become an investment hot spot, and investment in infrastructure has been strongly supported. Shandong’s overall pattern of opening to the outside world basically formed.
