内乡县农村水能资源十分丰富,积极开发农村水电建设,是服务“三农”的重要途径,是扩大内需的重要内容,是农村水能资源可持续利用的重要手段。本文对内乡县农村水电电气化开发现状、存在的问题及如何实现可持续发展谈了一些看法。
