本文分析了高职房地产专业人才培养目前存在的问题,并运用建构主义学习观进行房地产专业人才培养,从科学制定岗位标准及培养目标、“专项.综合.顶岗”三阶段课程体系、“校内校外团队”三平台等方面进行了人才培养实践。
