目的探讨产前系统超声检查在胎儿畸形筛查中的临床价值。方法对孕12~39周行系统产前超声检查的2 056例孕妇进行随访,观察超声检查对胎儿畸形的检出情况。结果 2 056例孕妇中经引产或分娩证实胎儿畸形86例,产前超声检出胎儿畸形75例,畸形符合率为87.21%。结论产前系统超声检查在筛查胎儿畸形中有重要价值,有助于降低新生儿严重畸形出生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound screening in fetal malformation screening. Methods Twenty-five pregnant women who underwent prenatal ultrasound examination from 12 to 39 weeks pregnant were followed up, and the detection of fetal malformations by ultrasound was observed. Results Twenty-six cases of fetus malformations were confirmed by induction of labor or childbirth in 2 056 pregnant women. There were 75 cases of fetal malformations detected by prenatal ultrasound and the coincidence rate of deformities was 87.21%. Conclusions Ultrasound examination of prenatal system has important value in the screening of fetal malformations, which will help to reduce the birth rate of serious malformations in neonates.
