There is no doubt that the experiences of the party committee of the Five Joint Institutes, which were developed through multi-party cooperation and common development, had entered the Central Party School’s Man Jiang Hong’s office as a way to lead the younger lawyers after 80s. In China, upholding the leadership of the Communist Party is an issue that need not be discussed. However, how to carry out party building in the lawyer profession with the ideas of reform and innovation is urgently needed to be explored and practiced.
