液压系统漏油是我国机械工业部门存在的老大难问题。液压元件厂生产的元件,尚未出厂就漏油,有的使用不久即产生漏油,这样自然就难以做到系统不漏了。近几年机械部通用零部件局狠抓了液压件厂的漏油问题,取得一定成绩,出现了一批不漏工厂和不漏产品,对此用户极为满意。但是不漏也存在寿命问题,所以制造厂应在不漏产品的基础上,提高产品的不漏寿命,由于此问题影响因素众多,所以要多方注意。有了不漏元件,并不等于系统漏油获得解决。设计系统如何选用元件和管接头,油箱的合理设计,管道的布置和安装,系统装配质量的好
