高职教育的宗旨是培养具有综合职业能力的高技能应用型人才,这些人才不仅需要具有生产和管理的能力,还需要充分掌握一定的技术和服务理念。而要想培养这类人才,高职院校需要建立实验实训基地,因为实验实训基地在培养人才的过程中起到非常重要的角色。本研究主要探讨了建设实验实训基地的重要性,同时分析了建设实验实训基地的基本思路,并且为了促进实验实训基地的建设,提出相应的对策。
The purpose of higher vocational education is to train highly skilled personnel with comprehensive vocational skills. These talents not only need to have the ability of production and management, but also need to fully grasp certain technical and service concepts. In order to cultivate such talents, higher vocational colleges need to establish experimental training base, because the experimental training base plays a very important role in training talents. This research mainly discusses the importance of building experimental training base, at the same time it analyzes the basic train of thought of constructing experimental training base, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to promote the construction of experimental training base.
