一、概述 现代化钢铁企业是一个庞大的复杂的生产体系,规模大、生产环节多、品种规格繁多、批量大小不一,生产一有波动必须及时调整。另外,前后工序虽不连续,但生产是连续的,如调配不当就不能保证均衡而有节奏地生产。在工艺上,特别是质量上前后密切相关,要保证质量需从前道工序着手,而后道工序的废品又将影响前道工序的计划。为了保证设备高效运转并取得整体最优效
