通过对我院与联想集团售后服务工程师岗位的校企合作模式、课程体系、师资共享、工学交替等方面的研究,总结并提炼了面向IT服务领域校企合作的规律,并与世界500强企业共同研究,探索高职教育如何培养出适合企业需求的高素质应用型人才。同时,对建立我市中高职乃至全省中高职IT售后服务领域的行业标准,提高IT领域从业人才综合素质具有积极的作用,并对其它领域应用型、服务型人才的培养具有借鉴作用。本文旨在针对计算机应用技术(联想订单培养)专业改革与实践研究过程中的突破性进展进行分析和总结。
Through the research on the mode of school-enterprise cooperation, the curriculum system, teacher-sharing and the alternation of work-study between post-service engineers positions in our hospital and Lenovo Group, we summarize and refine the law of cooperation between school and enterprise in IT service field, Study together to explore how higher vocational education to develop suitable for business needs of high-quality applied talents. At the same time, it has an active role in establishing the industry standard of secondary and advanced vocational education in the city and the province after-sales service in the province, and improving the overall quality of employees in the IT field, and has reference for the training of applied and service-oriented talents in other fields . The purpose of this paper is to analyze and summarize the breakthroughs in the process of professional reform and practice research of computer application technology (Lenovo Order Training).
