房地产业是资金密集型行业,对资金的依赖性很高,对于项目回款要求更高,很大程度上,房企的短期赢利能力及发展质量将越来越受到关注。而眼下,中国楼市特别是一些大城市发展前景依然不明朗,大部分交易还处在“冻结”状态。于是,有关于资金周转或融资模式等问题引发的连锁效应,将很大程度上决定房价走势甚至直接影响大部分地产公司的未来。
Real estate is a capital-intensive industry, highly dependent on funds, higher requirements for the project back payment, to a large extent, the short-term profitability of housing prices and development quality will be more and more attention. At the moment, the development prospects of the Chinese property market, especially some major cities, remain uncertain. Most transactions are still “frozen”. As a result, the chain-effect caused by problems such as capital turnover or financing mode will largely determine the trend of housing prices and even directly affect the future of most real estate companies.
