“不买”成上策 今年2月份,中国社会调查事务所对北京、上海、重庆、武汉、广州五城市居民进行了一次电话调查。结果显示,在1958份有效样本中,几乎所有的被调查访问者都知道经济适用住房,但参加房展和询问房价的人多,真正掏钱购买和成交的人少。反映的问题主要是房价高、位置偏、面积大和中低收入者的界定不清楚等。 经济适用房不经济 五城市的调查结果为:有60％左右的人认为经济适用房价格太高 认为能够承受其价格的仅占24.65％。 造成经济适用住房价格过高的原因主要是:
In February of this year, the China Social Investigation Office conducted a telephone survey of residents in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Wuhan and Guangzhou. The results showed that in 1958 valid samples, almost all surveyed respondents knew that affordable housing was available. However, more people attended the exhibition and asked for housing prices, and fewer people actually paid for the purchase and the transaction.
