随着油田企业的持续发展,对技术人才素质提出了更高要求。本文结合胜利油田海洋采油厂人才工作实践,论述了海上油田基层复合型技术人才培养的意义和特征,从构建复合型培训培养模式、改进考核评价和激励约束机制等方面,提出了加强基层复合型技术人才培养的思路建议。
