研究阳离子淀粉(CS)/纳米结晶纤维素(NCC)二元增强体系对不同浆种纸张的增强效果。结果表明:单独添加NCC或者CS对抗张强度、撕裂强度和耐破度都有一定的增强效果;先CS后NCC的添加方式对纸张的增强效果比CS与NCC先混合后添加的增强效果好;CS用量1%、NCC用量0.6%时,对阔叶木浆,先CS后NCC的添加方式,干抗张指数增加76.3%、撕裂指数增加50.6%、耐破指数增加63.4%、耐折度增加7倍多;对针叶木浆、阔叶木浆混合纸浆,先CS后NCC的添加方式,干抗张指数增加45.7%,撕裂指数增加25.2%,耐折度增加99.4%。
To study the enhancement effect of cationic starch (CS) / nano-crystalline cellulose (NCC) binary system on paper of different pulp types. The results showed that the addition of NCC or CS alone had a certain enhancement effect on the tensile strength, tear strength and bursting strength. The enhancement effect of adding NCC after CS on paper was better than adding CS and NCC ; When the dosage of CS was 1% and NCC was 0.6%, the dry tensile index increased by 76.3%, the tear index increased by 50.6% and the burst index increased by 63.4% 7 times higher than that of the control. The dry tensile index increased 45.7%, the tear index increased 25.2% and the endurance increased by 99.4% for the addition of softwood pulp, hardwood pulp mixed pulp and CS after the first NCC.
