随着勘探开发新区以及海外勘探开发对象的日益复杂化,要求更深层次化,施工环境更加困难,井筒工程技术遇到了发展的瓶颈,管理面临着严峻的挑战。目前,国内外石油行业正在将信息技术融入到石油工程当中,将其作为提升技术以及管理水平的主要手段之一。石油行业利用信息技术,促进了石油工程施工方案的优化、施工过程的实时决策及工作运转中的精细化管理。当前,我国国内石油石化企业在这方面与国际先进水平还有一定的差距。以中石化为例,它在石油工程领域信息化方面没有实时跟踪勘探开发业务,在信息分散采集方面缺乏共享,除此之外,对重点工程项目的决策支持能力还有待提高。根据中石化打造开发上游长板以及创建石油工程铁军的技术要求,需要弥补当前存在的不足来满足实际需求。
With the development of new exploration and development zones and overseas exploration and development targets becoming more and more complicated, it is required to be deepened and the construction environment is more difficult. Wellbore engineering technology has encountered bottlenecks in development and management is facing severe challenges. At present, the petroleum industry at home and abroad is integrating information technology into petroleum engineering as one of the major means to upgrade technology and management level. The petroleum industry has made use of information technology to promote the optimization of oil project construction plans, real-time decision-making in the construction process and meticulous management in operation. At present, there is still a certain gap between China’s domestic petroleum and petrochemical enterprises and the international advanced level in this respect. In the case of Sinopec, it does not have real-time tracking of exploration and development operations in the field of information technology in the field of petroleum engineering and lacks the sharing of information in scattered acquisition. In addition, its ability to make decision support for key projects needs to be improved. According to Sinopec to build the upstream longboard and the creation of the Iron Army oil engineering technical requirements, we need to make up for the current shortcomings to meet the actual needs.
