幼儿期是孩子个性形成的奠基期,幼儿特别需要家长的正确引导;幼儿期也是孩子规则意识发展的依从和认同阶段,孩子会为了避免惩罚或得到奖励而接受权威影响,遵守规则,也会因为模仿榜样而遵守规则。家长教育幼儿不能只运用传统权威,而要努力成为魅力权威。因此,家长要不断提高自身素养,积极进行亲子互动,合理制定行为规范,及时实施赏罚措施,巧妙运用集体合力,尽量避免滥用权威,主要倾听孩子的心声。这样才能让家长拥有内在的权威,使权威得以有效运作。
