大厨简介周元昌1953年出生于浦东三林塘厨师世家。1971年人行,师从传统本帮泰斗李伯荣。在40多年厨艺生涯中,历任武宁饭店、鸿宾饭店、华夏宾馆、浦东绿波廊、廊亦坊、鼎丰人家、品悦酒店等餐馆厨师长、行政总厨、技术总监、出品总监、副总经理、总经理等职,不但继承了源于三林塘的本帮传统菜,又有无限创意,以至自成一格,自成一派,体现了上海菜与时俱进的改革精神,许多作品都成为经典本帮菜。
