患者陈某,男,48岁,干部 1981年10月25日入院,主诉:反复关节疼痛20余年,尿频、尿急、呕吐2月余。1956年开始出现左跖趾关节、踝关节痛,继而发展至右踝关节疼痛,呈游走性,天气变化时症状明显,发作时局部无红肿热现象,功能障碍不明显。1960年以后右膝关节、右腕关节和掌指关节亦累及,在当地按风湿性关节炎治疗,给予强的松、阿斯匹林等,症状有所缓
