本文首先介绍了全球化时代和企业全球化的基本理论、发展历程和每个发展阶段的主要特点;其次,结合日本企业的实际案例,解读全球化人才管理的三个要素,即“集团愿景”、“全球化等级制度”和“人才管理方式”;最后,本文分析了在人才全球化时代,日本企业的经验做法和面临的困难挑战,建议目本企业采取国际化的人才管理模式,反省成果主义的局限,重视员工的情感因素,激发他们的工作热情和潜能。
This article first introduced the basic theory, development history and main characteristics of each stage of development in the era of globalization and enterprise globalization.
