东北财经大学内部控制与风险管理研究中心是隶属于东北财经大学、依托国家级重点学科——东北财经大学会计学专业的实体性研究中心。1995年,全国第一家会计学院在东北财经大学成立,同时成立了会计研究所。1996年7月,会计研究所与中国中青年财务成本研究会、东北财经大学出版社联合组建了“三友会计研究所”。2002年1月,东北财经大学会计学科获批全国重点学科,10月成立了财务与会计研究中心。2004
Dongbei University of Finance and the internal control and risk management research center is affiliated to Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, relying on national key disciplines - Dongbei University of Finance and accounting major of substantive research center. In 1995, the country’s first accounting college was established at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and an accounting institute was established. In July 1996, the Institute of Accounting jointly established the “Three Friends of Accounting Institute” with the Finance Committee of Young and Middle-Aged Chinese and the Press of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. January 2002, Dongbei University of Finance and Accounting approved the national key disciplines, in October set up a financial and accounting research center. 2004
