我们看到机械工人第四期介绍的“弹簧锥柄套管”一文后,很受启发。我们车间在制造过程中,在原来的基础上,改进了锥形套管、顶杆、压螺三个零件,加工成了“卡管式弹簧锥柄套管”。改进后的“卡管式弹簧锥柄套管”装夹时,先把锥柄套管装入车床尾座锥孔或立铣主轴头锥孔,然后再装夹钻头。由于套管开口,钻孔时钻头受力,使钻头锥柄与套管内锥孔能很好地吻合,克服了钻头
