内蒙古呼和浩特市第二十一中学践行“人本和谐,师生共进;自信自强,追求卓越”的办学理念,确立“为学生终身发展奠基,提升师生校园生活品质”的办学目标。2010年,在韩立福博士指导下,实施了“先学后导一问题评价”的课堂操作模式,着力培养学生自主独立、合作探究、展示对话等学习能力,有效促进了学生的健康成长、教师的专业发展和学校的内涵发展。
