10月13日至15日,《农业发展与金融》杂志宣传、通联、发行工作会议在大连市召开。这次会议的主要任务是学习、宣传、贯彻十五大精神,回顾《农业发展与金融》杂志前段的工作情况,交流经验,部署1998年度宣传、通联和发行工作。参加会议的有农发行省级分行通联站站长和通讯员共40多人,会议由总行办公室副主任兼杂志社主编朱英刚同志主持,大连市副市长贾崇斌同志出席会议并致辞;农业发展银行党组书记、行长朱元樑同志亲临会议同时作了重要讲话;杂志社副社长、副主编张天星同志作了工作报告;农发行辽宁省分行行长刘增绂同志、大连市分行行长王明刚同志也出席了会议。与会代表一致认为,今年《农业发展与金融》杂志在总行党组领导下,在总行各部室和全系统
From October 13 to October 15, the conference on propaganda, communications and issuance of “Agricultural Development and Finance” was held in Dalian. The main task of this meeting is to learn, publicize and implement the spirit of the 15th National Congress, review the work of the front section of Agricultural Development and Finance magazine, share experiences and deploy the 1998 annual propaganda, communications and issuance work.
