压裂防砂的成功应用已有来自不同地域的很多报道。对于这些成功实践 ,有几种解释 ,诸如井筒“应力恢复” ,近井地带“环晕效应”的产生 ,保持井底压力高于临界值以防止射孔坍塌。然而 ,一旦射孔坍塌 ,地层出砂量便受砂从射孔孔道的运移所控制。通常 ,降低产量可以防止出砂 ,这表明存在一临界流量 ,低于该值时砂子不能运移到井筒。本文展示了一种简化模型的生成、应用及现场验证 ,这种模型提高了压裂防砂的可靠性
The successful application of fracturing sand control has many reports from different regions. There are several explanations for these successful practices, such as the “stress recovery” of the wellbore and the “halo effect” in the near wellbore, keeping the bottom hole pressure above the critical value to prevent perforation collapse. However, once the perforation collapses, the amount of sand produced in the formation is controlled by the migration of sand from the perforation tunnel. In general, reducing the yield prevents sanding, indicating that there is a critical flow below which sand can not migrate to the wellbore. This article presents a simplified model generation, application, and field validation that enhances the reliability of fractured sand control
