第六届江苏省戏剧奖·红梅奖大赛于今年9月28日在淮安落下帷幕,扬州市扬剧研究所的7名参赛选手全部获奖,取得了3金1银3铜的好成绩,不仅刷新了上届记录,而且所获金牌和奖牌总数均列全省第一。江苏省戏剧家协会主席、本届红梅奖大赛评委会主任汪人元先生在看完全程比赛后,高兴地说:“扬州参赛选手的整体水平、综合素质都令人震撼,扬州对于戏剧后备人才培养的经验值得借鉴和推广。”成如容易却艰辛,扬剧新人在本次赛事上崭露头角、成绩斐然,绝非偶然。其背后离不开众多扶持者的精心栽培,更离不开一整套人才培养战略和机制的决定性作用。为此,笔者作为这批孩子们成长的知情人和见证者,尝试解读扬剧后备人才
