在社会主义市场经济条件下,通过龙头企业带动农业和工业两个大区建设,是摆在我们面前的重大课题。本文拟就这一问题,结合北景乡近几年来的实践,谈一些粗浅看法。龙头战略与北景乡的实践在建设两个大区中,地委、行署提出“在抓好麦、棉、果、菜、畜五大支柱产业的基础上,采取银行贷款和发展股份合作制,兴建一批龙头型乡镇企业,大搞农副产品加工转化,使贸工农一体化,产加销一条龙成为农村经济主要形式”的战略思想,有着极为深远的重大意义。
Under the conditions of the socialist market economy, it is a major issue before us to drive the construction of the two large regions of agriculture and industry through leading enterprises.
