重夯就是将具有一定质量的专用夯锤,吊起一定高度后使其自由下落,以其产生的冲击力直接作用在基上上,使基土密实的一种施工方法。夯锤的大小和下落高度要根据地基土质情况、设计或需要的基本影响深度以及夯实极限等,通过试夯分层取样而定。地基夯实质量对建筑物主体使用期限甚至功能均有直接影响,夯实设备的设计、选用对施工的顺利进行起着关键作用。下面就把我们在施工中使用过的重夯设备、机具介绍
The heavy hammer is a kind of construction method that uses a special rammer with a certain quality, lifts it up to a certain height, and causes it to fall freely. The impact force generated by the hammer directly acts on the foundation and makes the foundation soil compact. The size and fall height of the rammer hammer should be determined by stratified sampling according to the ground conditions of the foundation, the basic influence depth of the design or requirement, and the tamping limit. The quality of foundation compaction has a direct impact on the lifespan and even the function of the main building. The design and selection of compaction equipment plays a key role in the smooth construction of the construction.
