中国信达资产管理公司从中国建设银行和国家开发银行共接 受了4000多亿的不良资产,其中有色行业部分的不良资产约140个亿,企业489家(其中债转股企业和生产性企业不良资产占有色行业不良资产总数的81.18％)。自2001年起,信达资产管理公司与中国有色金属工业协会开始合作处置有色板块的不良资产。有色协会利用在市场信息、资产重组、产业结构调整等方面的行业优势,在处置不良资产的过程中,协助信达资产管理公司提升不良资产的价值,以实现较高的资产变现率。信德经济咨询有限责任公司在协会领导下正致力于此项工作的开展。
