本文介绍了在全业务竞争的背景下,通信企业坏账管理的现状。作者从个人坏账和集团坏账两个方面剖析坏账产生的深层次原因,并在此基础上提出相应的坏账管理策略,以提升通信企业的坏账管理水平。
This article describes the current situation of bad loans management in telecommunications enterprises in the context of full-service competition. The author analyzes the deep-rooted causes of bad debts from two aspects: individual bad debts and bad debts. Based on this, the author puts forward corresponding bad debts management strategies in order to improve the bad debts management level of communication enterprises.
