本试验目的在于探索平菇液体种的应用范围和条件。应用正交试验法筛选出液体培养基的最佳配方,在设计的条件下,影响平菇菌丝生长的主要因素和最佳含量是:白糖2%,麦麸10%,pH6;在摇瓶振荡培养中,用液体种比斜面种移接的菌丝体生长明显加快2天以上;用摇瓶种移接固体培养料培养栽培种和接种到栽培料直接栽菇都获得成功,说明液体种应用于平菇制种与栽培是可行的,它具有省工、省时、省料、高产的特点,适于工厂化生产。
