按与石油部管道局签订的协议,完成了下列工作: (1) 全面的文献评述 (2) 钢板机械性能和焊管性能的关系——弯管工艺过程对钢板性能的影响。结论为: ① 弯管变形过程使钢板的屈服强度有所降低,下降值与弯曲半径等因素有关,一般不大干30MPa,这种变化可以用包兴格效应来解释。 ② 弯管变形过程对其它常规机械性能无明显影响。 ③ 除管径<φ250mm的情况以外,弯管变形对常温COD值无明显影响。
According to the agreement signed with the Ministry of Petroleum Pipeline Bureau, the following work has been completed: (1) Comprehensive literature review (2) Relationship between the mechanical properties of the steel plate and the properties of the pipe - The influence of the pipe bending process on the properties of the steel plate. The conclusions are as follows: (1) The yield strength of the steel plate is decreased due to the bending deformation of the pipe, and the decrease is related to the bending radius and other factors. Generally, the yield is not more than 30 MPa. This change can be explained by the Baoxingge effect. ② elbow deformation process on other conventional mechanical properties no significant effect. ③ In addition to the case of pipe diameter <φ250mm, the elbow deformation on the room temperature COD no significant effect.
