1985年我县在对暴露后人群用地鼠肾狂犬疫苗进行预防接种,有三例发病死亡(其中2例并用抗狂犬病血清),现报告如下: 例一,女性,60岁,1985年7月4日被家狗咬伤右下肢三处,伤及皮下,少量出血,中度咬伤,伤口作一般消毒处理。当天开始注射组苗,按程序注完4针,差2天未及接种第五针,结果于8月1日发病,8月5日死亡。从注射开始至发病相隔28天。注射的组苗为武汉生物制品所生产,批号85174,失效期为1986年3月12日。
