就新疆甜菜根部损伤、茬口、氮肥施用量、品种和地势与根腐病发生关系调查和试验结果表明:土壤接菌发病率最低,育苗伤根接菌的发病率较高;主要根腐病菌的最适滋生温度在28℃~32℃,高温利于根腐病菌的生长;甜菜重茬、迎茬、近茬都利于根腐病的发生;低氮和高量氮肥都利于根腐病的发生;不同品种抗病性存在差异;低洼地根腐病严重。针对上述根腐病发病规律提出了相应综合防治措施。
The results showed that there was the lowest incidence of bacterial inoculation in the soil and the higher incidence of root inoculation in the nursery seedlings. The main root rot pathogens The optimum temperature for growth was 28 ℃ ~ 32 ℃, and the high temperature was conducive to the growth of root rot. The effects of sugar beet continuous cropping, stubble cutting and short stubble cropping were good for root rot disease. Low nitrogen fertilizer and high nitrogen fertilizer were beneficial to root rot disease. There are differences in disease resistance of varieties; low-lying root rot is serious. The corresponding comprehensive prevention and control measures are put forward according to the above rules of root rot disease.
