Molar is the function of the most important and high prevalence of teeth, often because of its complex shape and make treatment more difficult. There are few reports on the anatomy of molars in China. The morphology of mandibular second molar and maxillary first and second molars have not been reported yet. The authors collected 1081 first and second permanent molars from the outpatient clinic and observed the anatomy of their roots.
