本文利用医院人事档案管理的相关理论,分析医院人事档案管理工作中的信息化建设对于其的重要性研究。通过理论分析的方法能够比较容易的得出信息化建设在医院人事档案管理工作中所发挥的重要作用。研究结果表明医院人事档案管理的信息化建设对于医院的发展起到了至关重要的作用,对于促进医院人事档案管理具有重要意义以及应用价值。
In this paper, the hospital personnel records management theory, analysis of the hospital personnel files in the management of information technology for its importance. Through the method of theoretical analysis, it is relatively easy to figure out the important role played by informatization construction in the management of hospital personnel files. The research results show that the information construction of hospital personnel files management plays an important role in the development of the hospital, which is of great significance and application value for the promotion of hospital personnel files management.
