目的通过对冠心病合并高血脂患者使用阿托伐他汀钙片进行调脂治疗,观察阿托伐他汀钙片用于冠心病合并高血脂症的临床疗效方法。方法选取2012年6月至2014年10月期间,就诊于本院的124例冠心病合并高脂血症患者作为本次研究的研究对象,经患者以及患者家属的许可之后,将全部患者随机平均分为研究组与对照组,各62例,都给予两组患者常规治疗,对照组患者口服血脂康片进行治疗,研究组口服阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,治疗为期4个疗程,并分别于第2个、第4个疗程后,检查患者的生化指标,并且比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果在治疗前,研究组患者和对照组患者的血脂指标比较无明显差异;经过2个、4个疗程的治疗后,研究组的血脂指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且在治疗期间,两组均未发生不良反应。结论本次研究数据显示,阿托伐他汀钙片用于治疗冠心病合并高脂血症效果显著,且没有明显不良反应,安全性高,在一定程度上能够抑制冠心病的发展,能够有效的帮助患者提高生命质量,值得临床推广使用。

Conclusion The data of this study show that atorvastatin calcium is effective in treating coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia with no obvious adverse reactions and high safety, which can inhibit the development of coronary heart disease to a certain extent and can effectively Help patients improve the quality of life, it is worth to promote clinical use.
