口底、下颌骨肿瘤术后或外伤常造成患者口腔前庭沟变浅或消失；由于疤痕粘连使患者开口度和舌运动也受限。解剖条件的改变对修复下颌牙列缺损造成较大困难，对义齿设计是较大挑战^[1,2]“。本文探讨口底肿瘤术后牙列缺损的病例，在义齿设计和印模制取等方面的特殊性，使患者获得较好的修复效果。
