In the new “Compulsory Education Law”, achieving the balanced development of compulsory education, promoting education equity, and educating the people to be satisfactory have become the most glittering items. Our elementary school in the middle school of Huanggu District, Shenyang City (hereafter referred to as the school district) has made a gratifying step in the construction of the university area after a semester of hard work. We regard “harmony, sharing, development, and characteristics” as the key words for the construction of university districts.
