自从1984年Klyce介绍计算机辅助角膜地形图分析系统以来,角膜形态学和角膜屈光状态的研究已经进入了一个新阶段。角膜地形图(corneal topography)能对整个角膜各部位的屈光度和对一些角膜疾病的早期病变提供检测手段,并能客观评估屈光性角膜手术的效果。本文对视力正常的受检者25例(40眼)的角膜地形图进行检测、分析,提供国人角膜地形图的定量数据。
Since 1984, Klyce introduced computer-assisted analysis of corneal topography, the study of corneal morphology and corneal refractive status has entered a new phase. Corneal topography provides a means of examining the diopters throughout the entire cornea and early lesions of some corneal diseases, as well as objectively assessing the effects of refractive corneal surgery. In this paper, 25 cases (40 eyes) of subjects with normal vision were examined by corneal topography, and quantitative data of Chinese corneal topography were provided.
