近几年在我国经济发展水平不断提高,进一步加强农村经济建设的社会背景下,积极开展扶贫开发工作成为农村建设过程中重点关注的问题。而从基层党建角度进行研究,扶贫开发工作的开展能够对农村基层党建工作产生相应的促进性影响,所以在开展扶贫开发工作的过程中,要逐步推动扶贫开发和农村基层党建工作的双向发展,实现双赢发展目标。
