文章运用文献分析法、问卷调查法、探索性因子分析法构建了适用于我国图书馆的共享领导量表。应用此量表对我国272名图书馆馆员做问卷调查,结果显示我国图书馆共享领导水平不高,尤其在权责共享方面比较欠缺。最后从营造共享领导文化环境、授权、采取多种方法、外部教练指导等方面提出了开发共享领导的策略。
