图1是大型发电厂高压静电除尘器的一种外表防腐且装饰用的复盖件,用量大,以12.5万瓩电站锅炉为例,就需900多件,约重5t,材料为0.6mm镀锌铁皮。要求在2平方米的每张铁皮面上压出如图示的两个金字塔形,线条清晰美观,表面也应平整光滑,不允许任何地方出现变薄和损坏镀锌表面现象。我们在承担此项加工任务中,了解到有一家大厂采用常规设计的凸凹模来压制,由于模具面积大,难以加工到使上下模吻合得很好导致工件线条棱角处挤薄破损而报废。本设计采用普通弹性橡胶来制作凹模,收到了既大幅度节省成本和缩短了生产周期,又保证工件达到设计要求的理想效果。
