单层工业厂房屋架与柱连接处是重要的节点。从震害调查可知,由于这一节点的破坏,而引起厂房倒塌的数量不少。为了进一步探求该节点的抗震性能,我们对三种柱头配筋,四种连接型式的13个节点,进行了低周反复荷载试验,测得各种类型节点的承载能力、延性及恢复力特性;并以此为依据,对各类型节点的抗震性能加以分析比较,提出初步看法,供有关方面参考。试验节点示意见图1,试验结果汇总见表1。
Single-story industrial plant housing and column connection is an important node. It can be known from the survey of earthquake damage that due to the destruction of this node, the number of collapsed workshops is quite large. In order to further explore the seismic performance of this node, we carried out low-cycle repeated load tests on three types of column head reinforcements and 13 nodes of four connection types, and measured the bearing capacity, ductility, and restoring force characteristics of various types of nodes. Based on this, the seismic performance of various types of nodes is analyzed and compared, and preliminary views are provided for reference by relevant parties. Test nodes are shown in Figure 1 and test results are summarized in Table 1.
