本文报道我院1979年1月至1990年12月简因计划生育引起的子宫穿孔30例,分析如下.1 临床资料1.1 一般资料我县自1979年1月至1990年12月共施行人工流产术40590例,发生子宫穿孔15例,发生率3.6/万.放节育环61737例.发生子宫穿孔10例,发生率1.6/万.取节育环13146例,发生子宫穿孔5例,发生率3.8/万.院外转来17例,院内发生13例.本组年龄在21～30岁18例,39～40岁10例,41～48岁2例.哺乳期子宫穿孔17例,其中哺乳期人流穿孔6例,放环穿孔9例,取环穿孔2例.哺乳期闭经误为早孕而行人流穿孔3例.
