Born in 1938, Richard Tanner Pascale is a professor at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in the United States, a co-fellow at the University of Oxford and a visiting scholar at Santa Fe Research Center. He served in the White House as a special assistant to the Minister of Labor. Pascal is the world’s premier business consultant, respected scholar and best-selling author, and has deep research on Japanese business management.
