容栅式数显卡尺具有耗电低、抗干扰能力强等优点,属八十年代新产品。为正确的使用和维修,现以我厂生产的容栅式数显尺为例,对其常见故障及处理方法作一介绍。 1.公英制转换按钮或零位调节按钮脱落原因:由于其成套塑料罩壳与按钮材料不同,致使膨胀系数不同而造成。处理方法:拆下塑料罩壳,用502胶或百得胶粘牢脱落按钮,再装好塑料罩壳。注意:按钮的接触弹簧很敏感,在装壳时不可强行压入。 2.液晶不显示原因(1):电池用完。处理方法:移去塑料罩壳,用万用电表检查,若电压低于1.5V则更换一只新电池。原因(2):定栅与动栅短路或RS232接口短路。处理方法:拆下塑料罩壳,用无水酒精或
